  1. What gets in the way of getting things done?
  2. What is within your power to change? Are there tasks that contribute little to patient care?
  3. Take a moment to look at what you have accomplished, rather than what is still on your to-do list.
  4. Look at your situation as a third party would. Give yourself the same amount of grace as you would to someone else.
